Yes, every price on this site is in pounds sterling and that is the currency you are charged in at checkout.

Delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Below that it is £25. EXPRESS DELIVERY is a paid upgrade at £25 on any order, including one over the free threshold.

Across the UK, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Bristol, Leicester, Coventry, Cardiff, Belfast, Nottingham and Newcastle upon Tyne. If you are outside the UK, ask us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can get it to you and what it costs.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

It can. Items in one order are sometimes packed and sent separately, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.

Yes, within 15 days of your purchase, which is longer than the 14 days the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you. Tell us, send the item back unused and in its original packaging, and you get your money back. The return postage is yours; nothing else is charged.

Tell us and we sort it. A faulty, damaged or wrong item is our cost to put right, including the return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering, because most orders are picked within 24 hours. If it has not been dispatched we cancel it and refund you in full.

Card through Stripe, and PayPal. Those are the only two.

Yes, an order confirmation is emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through, and it is your proof of purchase for any return.

No. We are an online clearance warehouse, which is why the prices are what they are.

Yes. Everything here is new stock. Clearance means the price is cut, not that the goods are used.

Yes, ask us. There is a wholesale page on this site and we quote per order rather than publishing a trade list.

This product is filed under bed linen on this site, and the category page lists everything else we stock in it.

We do not publish a manufacturer warranty period for this item, so we will not claim one. Your rights against a product that is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing on this page limits them.

Ask us. Where the supplier publishes more detail than we list here we will pass it on, and where they do not we will tell you that rather than guess.

Yes. Everything listed on this site is stock we hold; a line that has sold out comes off the site rather than staying up as a page you cannot buy from.

Not always, and we would rather say so. A clearance line is a finite quantity bought at a clearance price, so when it is gone the same item at the same price often cannot be repeated.

Because of how the stock was bought and because there is no shop front behind it. It is surplus, closeout or liquidation stock, sold new, out of a warehouse rather than a high street.

New. Clearance refers to the price, not the condition, and nothing here is used, refurbished or sold as seconds.

The gallery on this page is every photograph we hold for this item. If you need a particular angle or a detail shot, ask and we will get it from the supplier if it exists.

What the listing above describes, and nothing we have not listed. Where the supplier does not publish a full contents list we say so rather than assuming it.

Where the supplier supplies them, they are in the box. We do not publish our own instructions for this item, so if the manufacturer provides none we will tell you before you order.

Not as a separate line. If a part fails inside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, contact us and we will deal with it as a faulty item rather than sell you a replacement part.

No. Everything here is priced and charged in pounds sterling. Your bank or PayPal may convert it for you, and any conversion charge is theirs rather than ours.

No. The price shown is the price you pay, with nothing added at the last step except the delivery charge where your order is under £75 or where you choose EXPRESS DELIVERY.

Yes, and a business address is often the easier option because someone is there to take the parcel.
