Delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Below that it is £25. EXPRESS DELIVERY is a paid upgrade at £25 on any order, including one over the free threshold.

UK wide delivery takes 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

If you are outside the UK, ask us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can get it to you and what it costs.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

It can. Items in one order are sometimes packed and sent separately, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.

Yes, within 15 days of your purchase, which is longer than the 14 days the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you. Tell us, send the item back unused and in its original packaging, and you get your money back. The return postage is yours; nothing else is charged.

Tell us and we sort it. A faulty, damaged or wrong item is our cost to put right, including the return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering, because most orders are picked within 24 hours. If it has not been dispatched we cancel it and refund you in full.

Not always, and we would rather say so. A clearance line is a finite quantity bought at a clearance price, so when it is gone the same item at the same price often cannot be repeated.

Because of how the stock was bought and because there is no shop front behind it. It is surplus, closeout or liquidation stock, sold new, out of a warehouse rather than a high street.

New. Clearance refers to the price, not the condition, and nothing here is used, refurbished or sold as seconds.
